Asra Walford
Licensed Therapist (ACA #29265)
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Practitioner with a focus on sex, intimacy, and relationship therapy, I support individuals and couples in navigating the complex intersections between trauma, emotional connection, desire and intimacy.
My work is grounded in compassion, respect, and the belief that meaningful change occurs when we feel truly understood and supported.
My Therapy Style
I am passionate in helping my clients rebuild trust in themselves, in their bodies, and in their relationships.
Sessions offer a confidential and nurturing space to explore patterns, heal from the past, and cultivate deeper emotional and physical intimacy.
I warmly welcome clients from all walks of life, embracing diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, cultural backgrounds, and relationship structures.
My practice is an inclusive space where each person’s story, values, and lived experience are honoured without judgment.
Qualifications
I hold a Master of Counselling and a Graduate Certificate in Counselling and bring with me a Bachelor of Business from my earlier corporate career, which deepened my understanding of interpersonal and organisational dynamics.
I am also a certified in Integrative Sex and Relationship Therapist as well as Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
