In our individual counselling sessions, I provide one-on-one support and treatments tailored just for you.

Sessions are paced to suit each client’s readiness and goals, with an emphasis on increasing awareness, building resilience, and supporting long-term recovery in an accepting and non-judgmental space.

  • 1:1 Coaching Calls (60 or 75 mins depending on your plan)
  • Tools like journaling prompts, values mapping, and clarity frameworks
  • Voice note or email support between sessions (based on your plan)
